Located just eight and a half miles from downtown Cincinnati, Misty Ridge Farm is the kind of place the average horse person has always hoped to find. Dedicated to providing a friendly and safe environment for horses and their riders, Misty Ridge was founded in 1990 by Greg and Anna Zinkhon. Anna, a life long horse person, had helped Greg, her confirmed city boy, discover the peace and serenity of Northern Kentucky's quiet rolling hills. Then Greg helped Anna create a special place in the heart of that calm country side they both came to cherish. Misty Ridge Farm is like home to horse people. It's a place where you and your horse can spend time, comfortably, affordably and safely.
We are a family friendly farm with exceptional modern amenities. Misty Ridge Farm offers full care Boarding - English & Western riding lessons - breaking & training - correction of equine behavior problems - full service breeding shed - reproductive & foaling services. We and our students compete in Reining, Endurance Racing, Hunters, Western Pleasure, Driving and Trail riding; and we offer broad experience in racing, cutting, contest and jumping as well. Standing Zaragosa - 1998 Bay Stallion (KyBIF - Enrolled in Kentucky Breeders' Incentive Fund) Zaragosa is a new addition to Misty Ridge Farm. He is an own son of Rooster (Gallo Del Cielo) and has earned nearly $10,000 in NRHA money. He is enrolled in the Kentucky Quarter Horse Breeders' Incentive Fund program. more ...
