LESSONS
Little’s Academy: ages 4-8. Lessons last for 12 weeks from August through October and March through May. Each weekly lesson is 1.5 hours long. $500 per 12 sessions. Participants learn how to lead, groom, and tack up their horse, as well as the basics of riding.
Buckaroos: ages 8-13. Occur year round. Weekly lessons last 1.5 hours. $200 per month. Participants learn to lead, groom, and tack up their horse, as well as the basics of riding. Participants also learn how to complete basic barn chores.
Youth Stables: Ages 10+. 8 week sessions- each weekly lesson is 2.5 hours long. Participants learn the basics of riding and are fully immersed in all things equine. Participants learn how to muck stalls, feed the horses, and the basics of equine first aid. Sessions are held year round. $600 per 8 weeks.
Advanced Western: prior experience required. Year round. Lessons last for 1 hour and are $200 per month.

Beginner English: prior experience required. Year round. Lessons last for 1 hour and are $200 per month.

Adult Group Lessons: all levels of experience welcome. Lessons are held year round and last for one hour. $200 per month.
BOARDING
Our comprehensive boarding services are designed to cater to the unique needs of each horse and owner, providing peace of mind while ensuring your equine companion thrives in a safe and nurturing environment .

- Spacious Stalls: Our boarding facility features clean, well-ventilated stalls with ample space, ensuring your horse has a comfortable living area.
- Pasture Access: Horses enjoy turnout in well-maintained pastures, allowing for natural grazing and social interaction with other horses.
- Riding Arenas: Access to indoor and outdoor riding arenas equipped with quality footing for year-round riding and training.
Daily Care Routine:
- Feeding: Each horse receives a customized feeding regimen based on their dietary needs, including high-quality hay and grain, with special attention to any supplements required for health or performance.
- Health Monitoring: Daily checks ensure your horse's well-being, allowing for prompt identification of any health concerns. We work closely with our veterinarian to manage vaccinations, deworming, and any medical needs.
Additional Services:
-Farrier: we have a long term relationship with a high quality, local farrier who tends to our horses hooves as needed.
-Chiropractor: we work with a local equine chiropractor who adjusts our horses quarterly.
- Transport & Trailering: Assistance with transport to veterinary appointments, competitions, or events can be arranged as needed.

- Experienced Staff: Our team comprises knowledgeable equestrians dedicated to providing exceptional care and support, ensuring that both horse and owner feel welcomed and valued.

ABOUT US
Misty Ridge Farm is located just over 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati in historic Camp Springs, KY and includes over 40 acres. Misty Ridge was established in 1990 by Anna Zinkhon. Anna retired in 2024 and left behind a 34-year legacy. In 2024, Maddie Schutte and Wember Grande took over the business. Maddie has been a lifelong student of Anna’s and began taking riding lessons at MRF at age 7. Maddie and Wember are committed to continuing Misty Ridge’s reputation of providing honest, quality care in Northern Kentucky.
